For packaged food products, customers are requested to check the actual product label for batch-specific details such as net quantity, packed date, best-before date, MRP, ingredients, storage instructions, FSSAI details, and consumer care information.
2. Price and MRP
Product prices may vary from time to time due to market conditions, raw material cost, seasonal availability, packaging cost, courier cost, and other operational factors.
The final applicable selling price will be the price shown on the product page or confirmed at the time of order. For packaged products, the price charged will not exceed the MRP printed on the actual product pack.
MRP, packed date, best-before date, and other label details may vary by batch.
3. Product images
Product images shown on the website are for illustration and representation purposes only. Actual product packaging, pouch shape, lid/seal type, label placement, colour, texture, batch details, and product appearance may vary slightly from the images shown.
We try to represent products as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur due to photography, lighting, packaging batches, or website display settings.
4. Orders and payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment receipt.
- For launch, prepaid orders are preferred.
- Mixed-size or custom orders may be handled manually over WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if stock, pricing, payment, delivery, or shipping constraints apply.

Dispatch and delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and can vary based on courier service, weather, regional disruptions, address accuracy, customer availability, or other operational issues.
