We currently ship across India, subject to courier service availability and delivery feasibility for the destination pincode.
2. Dispatch timelines
- Most orders are expected to be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Dispatch can take longer during holidays, peak order periods, or operational delays.
- Customers should be informed if an order cannot be dispatched in the usual window.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines vary by city and courier network. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external logistics issues.
4. Damaged or incorrect orders
- Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery if the order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
- Share order details, photos, or videos of the package and product for verification.
- After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable support as applicable.
5. Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed based on the order situation and verification outcome. Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the order cannot be fulfilled.
6. Non-returnable cases
Opened food products cannot be returned. Exchange or replacement is applicable only for damaged or incorrect items.
